Same day deliveries are available for most places in New Zealand if orders are placed before 11 AM on weekdays and 10 AM on Saturdays. However, please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or on public holidays.

We will do our best to match the container or basket depicted on our website. However, if the particular container shown is not available, we will arrange a substitute of a similar style and value.
If you are not totally satisfied with our product, we can arrange for a re-delivery or process a refund, as long as your claim satisfies our terms and conditions. Note that our refund policy applies to both order deliveries in New Zealand and overseas.
